Excellent Customer service! I had a motor vehicle parade party where I needed 65 individual slices of pizza for my guest. It was on time and reasonably priced. My guest raved about how good it was. I was extremely happy, a job well done. Thank you so much for helping making my celebration a blast.

I called to place an order. I wanted a medium pizza with sausage jalapeños ham and bacon. They had no bacon so I said okay. Then I asked for hot wings. They had no hot wings. What kind of place is this. When I asked to speak to the manager Anthony he never apologized or anything. He kept saying it was busy because of a football game. The fact that you are a manager and you know it will be busy and you didn’t order enough food for your store doesn’t make sense. How do you run out of hot wings that’s a popular seller at a pizza place. Then he told me he has another customer and put the cashier back on the phone. He is unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this place.

This place is one of my favorites! Reasonable prices, big portions and the staff members are always super friendly.

We tried their pizza for the first time and it was an all around horrible experience. The wait time to order was a total of 9min. The order taker kept putting me on hold, while I was trying to give my card info to pay. So I had to keep repeating it. Also to make matters worse, The pizza tasted horrible!! Truly the worse we've ever had. And my family has tried alot of different pizza places in the area. It looks good. But its NOT. Not even my kids wanted it. We ended up tossing it and getting something else. To top it all off, my card was DOUBLE charged for the drivers tip. So now my card is negative! The driver ended up with an $8 tip that we did NOT approve! We paid a total of $35 for a disgusting cheese pizza that no one wanted to eat after their 1st slice. Don't waste your money. Try Anthony's, Rosatis, or Dinicos. NOT FALCOS! Trust me! STAY AWAY!!!!!

One of my favorite pizza places in my area. The sausage is always flavorful and pepperoni always fresh. The crust isn't as doughy thick like other places.

I used to love Paisans pizza but lately there customer service has been disappointing. I called in to order a pizza and was but on hold for five minutes. I hang up and call again and I’m on hold again. This is not the first time.

The pizza here is amazing, it's definitely one of the locations I go to for a great tasting pizza.

They had a special on pizza order an 18" and get a small free. The small pizza they forgot to put ham on it. Was a little bit disappointed.

One of my favorite pizza spots but it seems like every time I order a SMALL pizza it’s BURNT got home and only ate three slices that wasn’t bURNT should have checked my pizza before leaving the restaurant though Me and my son I was very disappointed ruined our lunch 11/2/2019 12:30pm

Good if you like sourdough pizza, not for me!

This is my FIRST and LAST time coming here. Service was good it was alright but I did not liked the pizza. The pizza was soggy and oily, we waited for 30 minutes for a large pizza, that looked like a normal sized pizza. Also, including that the cheese smell like feet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Hope this review is helpful please take this for consideration.

Order from here often, pizza is always good except when approaching closing or when super busy. I would compare pizza to home run inn but more flavorful.

Great saucy pizza, loaded with sausage, taste just as good reheated the next day, have ordered a few times and never been disappointed.

Pizza is decent, It always been a weird crust, But now it’s overpriced.. The store changed a lot, I wonder how short people will be able to talk to the Cashier, The counter is way too tall... but overall I recommend the cheese fries 👍🏼

Place doesn’t look cleaned, wouldn’t eat from there.

Tgis place dont know how to make French fries. I guess they cut there own fries and there so big look like slice bake potato! And pizza slices are very small 👎

Excellent pizza! They give you more meat than any other pizza restaurant for the money! And it taste phenomenal!

Fresh pizza always ready

I order ahead to make sure it would be ready and I still waited 1:20 minutes for my order and all I got was a sorry we are busy. I will ever go here again and will encourage anyone NOT to visit. Horrible experience and customer service was awful. Waited outside their shop in the rain with my kid, unacceptable and unprofessional. Never will be going back here again!!And they didn’t get the order right either!!!!!!! Trash place!!!!

Pizza has veen getring worse in taste in the past couple of years and tired of getting hairs in every pizza

I like their pizza, but lately they haven't been opening up their restaurant on the times they have posted. I drove about 7 miles to get to them on Monday and they were closed. This guy I ran into outside the restaurant said they would be opened at 3pm. That's not what they have posted.

12 piece traditional spicy wings plus a couple slices of pizza makes for good evening meal and a night of being in bathroom but overall always check it every couple months.

Pizza and service were great.i would recommend to a family member or a friend.

I have been ordering for over 20 years. Ordered an 18 inch pizza for delivery about an 1 1/2 before closing. Pizza arrived half done , burnt bottom but wet dough inside pizza. Total mush. I called and asked for a credit and was willing to give pizza back , as it wasn’t edible. The girl was nice, asked manager/ owner for future credit and was told only 10 bucks. Pizza was 30. Girl knew my name as a frequent customer. I told them to keep the 10 bucks and I will have to order elsewhere. Really sad, thought the manager would have been more customer friendly about it. This was in the Cicero store. Needless to say, need to move on. Loyalty down the drain nowadays.

It’s really a hit or miss some days really good and other day not good at all

I like my pizza thick and soggy and with too much cheese. That's how they make it here. I come in and take the pies home, not delivery, can't comment on that.

I have a great benefit to living near this pizza place. It is really good pizza and also very cheap surprisingly. But there are some things they need to work on. I might get a little hate but I personally like my pizza with lots of sauce and the pizza here does not have too much sauce on it. It doesn't have to have too much sauce for me to like it but they do need to add a little more to it so it can be better. I really like the crust, it has a really good taste to it, very crunchy and well cooked. And the service is also spot on. I do have a complaint about the cheese fries though because I actually did not enjoy them. I did get my fries faster than expected and maybe the cooks might have not cooked them enough. That was really my only issue with the restaurant but everything else is fine. I do recommend this place if you ever come by to Cicero.

The manager Anthony had the audacity to hang up the phone on me. He said he didn’t have time to deal with my issue. It’s my fault that his establishment doesn’t have hot wings. That’s what he told me. He never said he was sorry. He never tried to fix the issue or anything. When I called back the cashier said the manager does not want to speak to me.

Their pizza is second to none. Try everything. The Falco Burger is so big you may want to cancel your plans for the rest of the day.

Pizza is good, but a little pricey comparing it to the other ones in the area.
